I had a broken speedometer and I called late in the day to The Engine Company and they were willing to take me. My car is 20 years old, so while I was there they did an assessment of my car and they helped me figure out what could be put off and what was a pressing fix.
Paul was so willing to explain the assessment in detail. The cable was shipped into the shop the next morning so he fixed my speedometer and front end alignment and a few minor servicing jobs. He did work that was well-needed and I was very impressed. Paul works with his wife and she put all my receipts in my glove box into a binder, dating all the way back to 20 years ago, so we could look at the work done on my car. They went so above and beyond to take care of my car and look at long-term servicing goals.
