The installers from Michael's Floor Covering were not very professional and they did not take care in the surrounding areas. They re-installed doors incorrectly, left grease on the walls, and they walked on the brand new carpet in their shoes after being outside. They damaged the woodwork excessively and when we reported this to Michael they were not willing to rectify the situation.
