My garage door was broken- suddenly would not work last night. I called this morning and was given an appointment for between 1 and 3pm. My technician called at noon, and was here in 5 minutes from his call. James was a phenomenon.. what a worker! He had the problem door fixed in no time, was polite, just lovely! I asked if he could look at the other door as it was running a bit rough= fixed that too!!! A work ethic like that, service like that it hard to find! This company is my go to for garage door service, and once again they proved themselves invaluable! 5 STARs all the way! Thank you, James, customer service is YOU!
