We have been a customer for 6 years and we hire Steam King for all of the rehabs that we do. When a tenant leaves, we do repairs and get the carpets cleaned. We always call Steam King. They always stand by their work. If something doesn't come out, they come back for free. They do the job in a very timely fashion. They will work odd hours if necessary to get the work done on time. I can always count on them. People should know that they are also licensed for flood and fire damage situations. They do an awesome job. I recommend them all the time.
