I have had my cars (3 Audis, BMW, Jaguar, 2 Mercedes) serviced by Continental for over 25 years. Occasionally I went to a dealer or competitor for comparison but always returned to Continental. They provide extremely fast estimates, updates when work takes longer than expected (rarely occurs), and excellent, fast, and courteous service.
