I called King Appliance Service because my refrigerator was not cooling. I was able to get an appointment the same day and in the afternoon, which is my preference. I had actually called another company to fix it weeks before and they couldn't get anyone out. So I was thrilled that King Appliance Service was prompt.
The technician answered all of my questions and cleaned up after himself. He was quick, efficient, and helpful. I even asked him a question about another appliance and he gave me advice with that. I would use them again in the future. I had a very positive experience.
