Recently moved cross country and had to take my new Infiniti in for the 3k mile service following the trip. I was initially frustrated that there was no record of the service plan I had purchased >30 days ago. Alex, however, took the initiative to contact Infiniti and my purchasing dealer to troubleshoot the problem and she arranged for the dealership to pay for service until my application was processed. Oil change was quickly performed and I received a follow-up call from Alex confirming that my plan had been activated. Great experience!
