Dear Darth V, as one of the owners of Cabinet Discounters, it is upsetting to read such a bad review of our company especially since we don't believe it is fair. Upon you advising us that you thought the custom wall cabinets should be 1" higher, we agreed to order you new cabinets even though the custom moulding we offered would have solved your concerns. We even installed those cabinets at no charge to you even though this was a material only purchase. We apologize if this equates to a "F" in customer service, we certainly were trying to make you another one of our happy customers.
