MJ Flooring Center & Design put in carpeting throughout our entire house and the problem I had was that a large seam has popped up in the living room twice. They have to come back out and re-stretch it. They did our carpet in two stages and when they came back for the second stage I asked them to re-stretch the popped up portion but he said it just needed to be tapped down and that wasn't the case.
When they put the glue down there is glue residue on the floorboards I cannot get off. The installers sort of shrugged at me and didn't do anything. I would like to be called to get the seam fixed.
All of the guys who came out were very nice, very polite, and worked very quickly. They did a good job of moving the furniture and they showed up on time.
