On 11/28/12 Jason picked up a large Pottery Barn rug from our home to be cleaned. At 1:45 according to the invoice. It is now 5/1/13 and with continued calls to retrieve our rug Jason states he will get back to us after he completes the job he is working on or finishes with the doctor apt he is at. What a bunch of rubbish!!! He has never returned any of our calls. Before publishing this review we also emailed them directly with no response. My next step will be the BBB should I not get a quick result here.
