Came home from work thursday morning to find out that my water heater was not working. I called around to a few companies who their first availability was within at least 2-3 days away. Since bathing in buckets is not fun for me, I had to get it done ASAP. \r

I called Roto Rooter, and they told me that they could fix it that day. They had a lot of calls out so the dispatcher was always calling me to inform me on what was going on. I was really satisfied with the costumer service. \r

The guy came later in the afternoon, by watching him I realized If i knew that was the problem I could of change it myself. But he was very professional and very informative. I have no regrets with Roto Rooter.
