1. DEFECTIVE GATES. Gates are only cosmetic. They only worked 20% of the entire year we lived there. Drivers who didn't have the gate key remotes would counterflow after cars come out of the gate. This place is not secured at all.\r

2. CRIME NEIGHBORHOOD. It is literally surrounded by Section 8 apartments -- don't be fooled!!! Check the crime stats. Recent examples: (1) summer of 2012, somebody's car's rims&tires at Bldg 4 were stolen in broad daylight. (2) A Stonebrook tenant (the next door apartment complex) around Sept 2012 was robbed at gunpoint.\r

3. MISSING MAILS. The mailman would get your credit cards that come in the mail and those greeting cards he suspect to contain gift cards. Tell your family and friends NOT to SEND you gift cards through the mail. \r
