I needed to stop at Van Horn Hyundai for other business and since it was time for an oil change, I thought I'd stop in to the service desk to see if they had any openings. I know they are very busy and I normally don't just "pop-in" but I figured I try anyway. Brian Siegert, the service desk advisor, took a look at his schedule and saw an opening that fit perfectly in his schedule. By the time my other business was completed, the oil change on my vehicle was done and I was on my way, easy-peasy. Thank you Brian for squeezing me in!
