Hands down the BEST repair shop I have EVER dealt with! Neal got me in for a diagnostic the SAME day I called. I was having transmission issues with a car I had purchased 3 months ago. Being a single female, I was sincerely concerned about getting ripped off. After bringing my car to Neal at Parker Transmissions, he had one of the guys drive my Jeep and run a diagnosis. I was extremely concerned I was going to get stuck with a bill of thousands of dollars! They came back and told me it was just a sensor going bad. The had my car in the next day, spent 2 hours installing the new sensor and I was on my way for under $300. I can't say enough of good things about Neal and they guys that run this shop. My Jeep runs as if brand new. Thank you SO much, you have a customer for life.
