My computer started acting up on the weekend. Called Lizardwebs at 8:30 on Monday and spoke to Eric. He put in a trouble ticket and told me that a technician would be calling me. About 20 minutes later Troy called and scheduled to meet me at my house at 10:00am. Problem fixed - and put antivirus on my computer. Troy was fast. Will call again. Recommended.
