I agree with Ana. She will be a candidate in 2014. Each commentor should reference their cases to the opposition. That person will see patterns and the public may watch her defend herself before the pundits. Demonstrates a peculiar disregard for individuals with mental disabilities. Her financial disclosures show very little donations from lawyers ... which may be good or may indicate she is not disclosing gifts. She abuses the court's descretion by awarding assets without stating findings. I consulted with two attorney's that were reluctant because she is inconsistant. Was also told her staff has failed the Bar multiple times. Several asset and legal professionals could not make sense of the garbled thoughts on documents released from her office.
