Vanguard temporaries in westchester is the first agency that I find to be VERY unprofessional. To start when you first walk in these ""women"" and I use that term lightly will look at you like you are a low life person. They ask you for your social to fill out an application (lets note that its not even a guarantee you will get a position, let alone a call) and when you refuse nicely not to give it to them, they come at you so disgusting with attitude. I was sitting there filling out an application and I could overhear them bashing all their clients that they deal with!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Calling them all kinds of names.. They even have a girl that works there that is working under a false name... I wonder why? Maybe she has a record or something. I wouldn't want my social and important information in their hands. When I realized how these people worked, I told them that I was not interested in filling out the application. And behold they wouldn't ""allow"" me to take my personal information that I put on the application. I told them I wouldn't leave unless I saw them shed my information. Tip for everyone, just stay away from that place! Do good research on places before you decide to hand over your personal information.
