Where are all these good reviews coming from, maybe friends of employees that work at PMIG? Anyone looking to rent a home stay far away from PMIG!!!! Very unprofessional, rented from them for a year would have been less but stuck in the lease. Any problems that need to be fixed was a hassle to have someone come out and get the problem fixed!! Never once late on our rent but spoke to owners of home and they would not recieve their payment in a timely manner. I had to call them to remind them that sprinklers needed to be turned on and they said to water the grass with a hose. In the office they talk about how hung over they are and there late nights, customers really want to here that!!!!! Once again stay far away, we tell all our friends and family to spread the word and they already have a bad reputation!!!!!
