After 3 previous relationships with other property managers I was introduced to Darlene Berry by a local investor/property owner. As an out of area landlord I was looking for someone with experience, integrity and a strong dynamic group of maintenance professionals. Previous experiences were a disaster leaving me with damaged property, loss of rents and loss of deposit monies.\r
PMIG has been consistent and dependable. All vacancies and tenant damages have been communicated to me and dealt with in a timely and economic fashion. Darlene and her crew are my eyes and ears to what is going on with both my property and the local economy. She is always focused on getting me both the highest rents and best tenants.\r
When I visit family in the area I always take a ride by the property and have never been disappointed in the condition of my triplex. PMIG has earned my respect and loyalty and I highly recommend them, especially for out of-area owners.\r
