In a nutshell, I could not be more please with Carlo's Carpet Cleaning. I've used them 3-4 times now, and absolutely will continue using them. They are so easy to schedule with and are very accommodating.
Also, they are easy to work with. I would specify things, like certain areas or spots that needed extra work. Carlo has great recommendations and suggestions too.
Carlo's Carpet Cleaning is very cost efficient for the service provided. They make sure to fit the cleaning into my schedule. As someone who works in customer service, this company provides excellent customer service and I appreciate that!
