This comment is for Bailey. I just wonder how you expect to get a ""good"" haircut without combing it straight to get an even cut? And, brushing, combing, straightening a perm will NOT get rid of the perm, just re-wet and scrunch and pow curls are back:) I understand an honest complaint about a place of business when you are not happy but come on these claims are ridiculous!!
