I have had Masterkleen come in to my home on several occasions. They have always taken the time to do a great job, to look around, and have even caught things I missed. In the instances where we have encountered difficulties, they have taken the time to follow-up after their service. They have continuously exceeded my expectations.
On one occasion, I remember that there was a burnt spot on the carpet, a stain which I thought would always be there, and they lifted it, it's like it was never there. They have provided outstanding, professional service, and I would never use anyone else. They are an exceptional family business.
