We called bug out because we found termites. Andrew performed the initial assessment. He was knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions. Joshua came out to perform the treatment. He was timely and professional and went above and beyond to ensure that our house was treated and protected. We have been very pleased with the services we have received from Bug Out.
