We hired this man to build a screened porch on an existing patio. At first he was very friendly, a little slow with building the porch but he was doing a good job. We paid him for the job in 3 installments and after he got the final chk he needed to complete the project he didn't show up for 3 weeks!! With repeated attempts to contact him to see when he was going to finish the project he eventually got back in touch with us and became very belligerent. In emails he used very profane, threatening language. My husband told him he was no longer allowed on our property because he felt he was a threat to our family!!! Needless to say we our having to finish the porch ourselves and are pursuing legal action!!! Very unprofessional, unhinged man!!!! Do not hire!!
