Window-ology is excellent. We had our kitchen, nook and family room remodeled, and we hired them to put in window shades. I didn't really know what I wanted, something that offered privacy and color in addition to being decorative and updated. I was very happy with all the options and choices they gave me. The salesperson was friendly, gave me a lot of ideas about color and texture, and if I didn't understand something he answered all my questions. Their staff is very well educated in their service and decoration, their expertise is absolutely excellent. The product is good quality and was installed in a timely manner, no delays. I got exactly what I wanted, it's perfect and I am just thrilled.
