My recent experience at Moss Bros. Volkswagen was a very pleasant one. Buying a car can be a very stressful situation, but my family and I felt comfortable with everyone we came in contact with. Our salesperson was courteous and friendly; the gentleman that finalized the sale was professional and reasonable, and the lady that typed up the contract was wonderful in explaining everything to us. I'm sorry I do not remember everyone's name but they were great. Thanks to everyone for making this experience a pleasant one. I would recommend the VW and Moss Bros. VW to family and friends.
