I had no problems until one day I put on the last jacket I had dry cleaned there, and a button fell off. I looked at it and it appeared to be half melted and poorly sewed back on with a different color thread. Then I noticed a three inch long tear near the button which was also horribly sewn together.\r

I returned to the business but the owner was out so an employee took my number and promised I would receive a call - which never came. I returned again and the owner was out again, so I left my number again and this time got a rude call informing me that she ""did not feel"" that her place had done this and she claimed she had called but my ""voicebox was full"" - impossible - I delete every message as soon as I listen to it.\r

So now my favorite jacket is ruined and the owner refused to compensate me, however the MSU students who work there are nice.
