Terrible customer service and attitudes. Use the other mower shop in Folsom. My husband took our mower in for replacement of a cable and for a tune up. About a week later he was told the cable was backorder. My husband asked how long it would be. The answer was: ""could be a week, could be a month"". My husband set out to order the cable from another supplier and found it with no problem, 2 to 5 business days delivery. So, he went back and talked to Gary suggesting they might want to change their supplier. The owner just shrugged. He asked my husband what he wanted to do. Given their attitude, he told them he wanted to pick up our mower since they had not started any work on it. As my husband loaded it in the car, Gary said ""and don't come back to my store again"".
