I called and said I needed my carpet stretched and cleaned. He told me on the phone that no need to stretch, cleaning will very often take out the ripples after drying. Well it didn't. I had to pay more than double the amount to remove stains, which did not get removed at all. The carpet did not loose the ripples, so now I have to get a carpet stretcher out as well. Had I been told this, I would have hired someone who could have done both jobs. Now I have to clean the spots myself to after they are done stretching the carpet. Not happy, under very tight time restraints after all this since we are showing the house for sale next week.
