VERY FRUSTRATED I ordered a storage unit Friday night for Saturday and the gentleman I spoke to had all the wrong information and I ordered a unit based on what he told me. I called Rachel The Director Of Service and all she did was defend ,tell me how wrong I was and tell me all the charges she will charge to pick the unit up 2 days later. So far over 150.00 and there is no sign of caring at all about the customer. I am disappointed and she says she is the only one anywhere to speak with. There are many things that happened but the unit itself cannot be closed( tarp?) unless I carry a ladder out to it.\r
PLUS they charged my credit card for 3 months which I did not authorize. What do I do now?
