I talked to about 4 or 5 shops and Apple was the only shop that could get the glass and replace my window on the same day I was calling. The only thing was that in my case the first glass they got had the holes lined up incorrectly so they had to get a second piece which took an additional 2 hours. But very friendly and much lower cost than my insurance company said estimates should be.
