I have never been talked to so rudely on the phone before. On April 18, 2013 I called this company only to have an older man practically bite my head off as I was explaining to him the problem we were having with our portable generator. I told him gas was flowing out of the bottom as we were putting the gas in and he said, "what'd ya do, leave gas in it?" The gas was only in it for 2 months and the manufacturer said you can leave it in a year and it will not hurt it. He continued to have a smart attitude when I asked what the store hours were and how long it would take to have it checked and repaired under the warranty. We only used it once since it was purchased in December. He said, "we won't even look at it for at least two weeks and proceeded to tell me the store hours and was so rude. I just can't get over it. Needless to say, another shop repaired it under the warranty. He was very kind and helpful.
