I chose Bright Now because they are a preferred provider of my insurance. I scheduled a new patient appointment and could not get in for a month, I explained when I made the appointment that I needed to be seen immediately because of an infection I had with several teeth. I was told to come in the following day between 3 and 5pm because they see patients on a "stand-by emergency" basis. I arrived there at 2:30 and was very rudely told that there was no way I was going to be seen and that I should have called first. I explained to the very rude "Office Manager" that I had called the previous day and was told to be there by 3pm to be seen as an emergency. She was so rude I wanted to jump across the counter and tell her to take her attitude and shove it! I called my insurance company and they said that they have had several complaints about that place and offered to switch me to another provider. I would not ever recommend that place to anyone!
