This place is ridiculous. They wanted to shave my lab. Yes, my black lab. The groomer came out when I went to pick him up and called him stupid because he wouldn't get up on the table on command and wouldn't get in the kennel. Keep in mind my dog has never been to a groomer before and has never been commanded to be put in a kennel so OF COURSE he would not know the commands. That does not give you the right to call my dog stupid. This was a terrible experience and he now has eye irritation and discharge because they were careless about getting shampoo in his eyes. This place is hatrocious and I will never take my dog to a groomer unless they actually give a damn about the animals they are grooming.
