I would not recommend Minton Animal Hospital to anyone. We took our cat there a few weeks ago for an annual checkup and rabies shot. We requested that she be tested for feline leukemia. The tech administered her the feline leukemia vaccine BEFORE testing her. \r

During a follow up phone call, the tech blatantly lied to us stating that we decline both the feline leukemia and Bartonella tests after receiving an informational handout. We NEVER received this handout, nor did we decline either test. We REQUESTED the test. We never would have had our cat vaccinated without testing her first. \r

A day after our appointment, our cat started sneezing (several times per day). Over the next two weeks, she became very lethargic and would not eat. Regrettably, we took her back to the same vet. They diagnosed her with a "virus" and had a fever. I have no doubt that this virus was caught from their office during our first visit. \r
