Joe you are right. I wish I would have read your review before I went to this place. They DO NOT stand behind their work!!! I would buy a new piece of equipment before going back to them for repair. I picked my mower up after a seasonal ""tune up"". Now it requires 12-15 pulls (literally) to crank it up. They wouldn't even consider looking at what they had done without charging me. They wanted me to pay them to fix what they broke. The owner/manager/guy in charge couldn't have been more indifferent to the situation.
