The staff at North Columbus Collision Center was one of the best and most professional groups I have ever worked with. From day one they explained every step of the process and kept us up dated the entire way until the job was completed. When the rental car the insurance company set up was not available, they called and made us an appointment with another company and got us a car same day. The repair process was documented everyday and photos of the process were sent to our home e-mail. When we went to pick the car up we were greeted at the lobby, a detailed explanation of the insurance claim and invoice was provided, the service manager showed us the work and explained every detail of what was done. I would not hesitate in using them again and will be telling all my friends and family what a great job and wonderful customer service we got.
