I loved the Omelette Factory. Hubby picked up food for a decadent breakfast and tv in bed morning. Lots and lots of food included with the omelettes. Included a side of many choices and the fruit was a really large portion, the blueberry muffin was a bread choice. A little to sweet for me. I had a California style egg mix, cheese, avacado, tomatoe(yes, we were raised spelling it this way!, even spelling bee winners spelled it that way!).So, something in the way of large egg and cheese mixtures, lots of go withs and it was gooood. They also have all regular egg/meat mixtures and lunch stuff. I'd try it.
