I hope you don't have to deal with this company. Since they have the contract with Tucson PD they have absolutely ZERO care in the world if they help customers. A tow truck driver literally blocked me in a parking spot for over 5 minutes so he could load up a vehicle when he could have pulled forward 25 feet and not have been blocking anyone. When I said I was trying to leave to pick up my daughter he said, ""you will just have to wait."" All their business is from people involved in accidents or arrested, not people that choose to use their services. If you don't want to deal with them, write your congressman about how horrible they are so their contract does not get renewed.
