Don Howard made our used car buying experience a real pleasure. Even though we had come to buy an Infiniti, we found a used Mercedes at the Newport News dealership. Don had the car brought over to the VA Beach store immediately so we could test drive it. Once we decided to purchase the car, Don worked tirelessly to make our purchase a positive experience....even when the DMV online registration site tried their best not to accept the registration.\r
