Show up over 30 minutes late no big to start. Then tech was little overboard on what the cleaning only involves. Over priced for deep steam cleaning they promise.When ever steam clean over spot from pet urine little one turns into big spot and smells worst than before. Carte price per room to do something that should been when you get a deep cleaning first place. Not good at all in my book.
