Our piano move was complicated, but after an on site survey we got an acceptable quote and agreement in place. However, on the agreed date for the move Marrins approach fell completely apart due to insufficient preparations and equipment.. they failed to perform the move and on top of that damaged by driveway.\r
I gave them opportunity to make up, but they required additional $400 to make up for their unprofessional approach... too bad!!\r
