I have fifteen years using their services and I don't have any complaints about them. In the last eleven years I'm sending them my documentation from Houston where I moved, by e-mail, and I get my taxes done with no problem. When I call them with any questions, Mr. Serna always has as much time for me as needed. Their fees are very reasonable plus, since he's an enrolled agent, he can represent me with the IRS if necessary. I recommend Zia Tax very highly and wholeheartedly. 4/9/13.
