First of all I was very apprehensive about writing this review since it's negative and might affect Chris' business and I have to say I love my plantation shutters he installed a few years back but Would NEVER do business with Chris again! HE HAS NO INTEGRITY AT ALL...he lost total credibility with me...Extremely dissatisfied after I was told that I had a lifetime warranty on my plantation shutters. One of them came off the tracks and was told he would replace the track, being as persistent as I am, I probably called Chris (no exaggeration 100+ times) since about January of 2013 to resolve this issue since I do have a ""lifetime warrantly"" It is now April 2013...He's either promised me he'll come out and fix or have someone come and do it. HORRIBLE to promise SOMETHING to someone and then to just avoid them is totally unprofessional AND unacceptable!\r
All the good reviews on here were probably either written by him or someone else since they are all positive and all written in lower casing. So don't believe the HYPE!\r

I wouldn't care if you didn't have a lifetime warranty but don't promise it...if you can't guarantee it and now I have to hunt you down like a hound dog.
