I hope you find this review before, and not after you signed a contract with Holland. Here are a few things you should know.\r

1- 100% of your pool will be built by subcontractors (i counted 11) most of which have no desire to talk to the homeowner. You are really not dealing with Holland. Everything from the digging company, to the person who gives you the ""pool school"" will be a different company.\r
2- Expect delays in construction. Take the estimated time and double it.\r
3- Holland does not pay the subcontractors in time and the subs can (and in my case did) initiate proceedings to collect from homeowner. (Even after homeowner paid pool in full). 4- Your project manager will only show up to collect progress payments. \r
5-Service calls will be answered by voicemail and take over a week to respond. \r
