This was our first service in over 3 years (piano has been in storage), but Al got it tuned and did some minor fixes for a very reasonable price. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgable, and extremely patient with my toddler (who tried to assist Al and steal his tools). :) The online appointment booking is really convenient, and as an added bonus his fees are listed upfront when you book--couldn't be simpler. We will definitely use him again.
