11000. mistake...prepaid for pool to be installed partially inground - was not done & could not get anyone to help me @ store or install crew. Left many messages & was ignored. Install date was changed by them twice, install rushed by them concrete spread & liner in - same day. They tore up my yard, and pool had a leak in less than 30 days after install. I did not get any type of owners manuel or any info on pool care from them - worst experience I have ever had - & they came highly recommended - I could go on with the TRUE complaints - would like to contact actual owner - name for that person anyone????
