Purchased a bag of dry food, got it home, opened it up, and....stuck my hand into massive webs. Ewww! Looked closer and there were all these cocoons in there. Have seen moths flying around the pet food section of the store in the past but didn't think much of it. But they clearly have pantry or grain moths, which will spread like wildfire in your house and are very hard to eradicate. Contacted Petco and they could have cared less, which really surprised me. I gave them a chance to make things right and keep my business and got zero response.
