I've used Sir Carpet x 3 for the special 5 rooms for $85. They have always done a grat job.
The 4th treatment was the more expensive carpet cleaning with the rotating brushes. The cost was $265 for 5 rooms. Didn't see the different but the recommendation was to have this done every 4th time to remove all the particles not picked up by the regular cleaning.
