My house was damaged by the storm and I had no clue who to turn to. Luckily, Tom Madsen was above and beyond. I had heard horror stories about restoration projects but Tom was professional, articulate, and precise. He finished work before he got paid for it. He supervised everything. I later learned his team has been working together for years. He was really on top of things. He did a gorgeous job. He's also such a nice guy and very responsive. I can't say enough good things. When it came time to handle all the insurance and mortgage paperwork, he was helpful with that too!
I am 53 years old and this home means everything to me. I was willing to pay whatever it took to make sure the job went well. Now, it's like brand new house.
